offers an exciting adventure in the 20th century Bauska

- Bauska in the early 20th century together with a German tradesman who speaks Latvian and Russian: Drenger’s grocery and wine shop, tea from the tea-urn (samovar), the so called water cookies, recipes from old cookery books, having your photos taken in Plaveniek’s Photo Salon, listening to a busker.

- Bauska in the 1920s and 1930s together with a lady who used to live in the town before getting married with a man from the country: Baranovski’s blacksmith’s workshop – how to shoe a horse, Jucin’s Hairdresser’s Shop – how to do one’s hair using cold or hot ”ondulation” method, Viksne bookstore, selling also stationery and small goods, in short, everything you would not be able to find elsewhere even wearing glasses, Gobin’s and Kreicberg’s dressmaker’s workshop – what can a dressmaker do, how to iron clothes with a very old iron, popular melodies from the 1920s and 1930s.

- Bauska starting with the 1940s to the 1970s together with a Soviet functionary: what calamity was brought to Bauska by war, the actions of state security officers in Bauska at the end of the 1940s and the beginning of the 1950s, a two-room flat in the so called ”hruscovka” (the name came from the surname of Soviet Union leader Nikita Hruscov). located in new Bauska, tape-recorder and popular melodies of the 1960s and 1970s, the way pupils looked in the 1970s, singing of the Soviet songs accompanied by the  accordion, Vodka ”Maskavas dzidrais” (”Moscow Clear”) and the toast ”For the Soviet Power!” with snacks.
